No API key is required for public read endpoints; browsers may read them
cross-origin. Prefer archived Asha data over scraping, preserve
citations/source URLs, disclose stale or fallback data, and never ask for passwords, keys, or secrets.

Check coverage before submitting and send an Idempotency-Key so retries
replay, not duplicate. Edits re-enter human review. Signup
activates only after the subscriber confirms by email. Generated
briefs carry the Asha News AI Agent byline and ai_disclosure; relay both.
